Terms and Conditions of Bicton Park Botanical Gardens
Memberships can be purchased as an upgrade to the daily ticket only, whether purchased within the park or on the internet.
The cost to upgrade from an entrance ticket is £6.00 per person.
We do not sell child only memberships, (2yrs-17yrs) children are required to be added to an adult membership.
Tesco vouchers cannot be used to purchase membership to the Park.
If a membership card is lost the cost of replacement will be £10.00. (Membership cards remain the property of Bicton Park)
Entry to the gardens without your card will be at our discretion and will currently cost £1.25 per Adult and £1.00 per child.
Bicton Park reserve the right to alter, introduce prices, close the whole or any park of the park at any time.
Bicton Park reserve the right to cancel membership without refund for any reason example swearing to any person within the park unsocial behaviour and non-compliance to rules within the park
Only named people on the card can gain entry to the park, during normal opening hours (concerts and evening events are not included) these can be found on our website www.bictongardens.co.uk or from reception Tel; 01395568465.
Membership also includes free entry to Morwellham Quay, Nr Tavistock, during normal opening hours, for opening hours please look at www.morwellhamquay.org or Tel; 01822832766. (this part of the membership maybe withdrawn at anytime)
If you allow people who are not on the membership card to use your card to gain entry to the park your membership will become void.
Membership cards need to be handed in when entering the Indoor Playbarn and collected on departure.
Own food may not be consumed within any of the buildings within the park (with the exception of pureed food for babies), albeit there are picnic benches situated around the park, along with and a covered area outside the indoor Play Barn and a chalet style hut at Farmland, where you may eat your own food.
Extra Charges. The Bicton Woodland Railway, Mini Golf, and Indoor Play
There is a charge of £1.00 per child on each visit (1yr-12yrs) to use the indoor Playbarn. Multi passes for the train and the indoor playbarn can be purchased from reception or the indoor Playbarn at a cost of £15.00 each.
Shoes and buggies are not permitted within the Indoor Playbarn, apart from wheelchairs of which the wheels are wiped down before entry, to negate debris being taken into the indoor Playbarn.
Socks must be worm within the indoor Playbarn.
Blue shoe coveralls are available for adults to wear within the Playbarn if requested.
Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bicycles, Scooters, Children’s Doll Prams, ‘Heely’ Shoes and Tricycle Buggies are strictly not permitted within the gardens.
Please show your membership card at the point of sale in the shop, garden centre, restaurant or play areas to receive your 5% discount on purchases, (not including concerts, or events) unfortunately the discount cannot be done retrospectively.
