FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY
Children:
Enjoyment for people of all ages is the keynote of Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, and we do not wish to spoil your fun by imposing too many dos and don’ts. However, we ask you to observe the following for your own safety and others around you:
Our outdoor and indoor play areas offer lots of fun and excitement, but children must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians.
When using the indoor play area, you must be under the age of 12 to use the main play zone, and 5 or under when using the Toddler zone. Shoes are not allowed whilst using the indoor play area and socks must be worn at all times.
Please be especially watchful near our Lakes, Ponds and Streams, and do not allow anyone to climb trees or slide down grassy banks. Ball games are not permitted within the formal gardens.
When near or around water, please be very cautious of the swans. They are wild birds and can sometimes act in a hostile manner when approached, so please keep away from the swans.
