Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI) is a membership organisation that aids botanic gardens across the world by providing a network for plant conservation. To become an accredited botanical garden strict measures must be met demonstrating a commitment to plant conservation and good practices.

Arbnet Level 3

ArbNet is a collaborative global community of arboreta and dedicated tree professionals who share knowledge, experience, and other resources to help arboreta meet institutional goals.

The ArbNet Arboretum Accreditation Program ensures standards remain high whilst recognising the achievement of professional practice. We are very proud to be one of only 5 gardens in the UK and 77 internationally that meet the requirements for a level 3 accreditation.


Devon’s Top Attractions is run by the Devon Association of Tourist Attractions which represents the very best quality assured visitor attractions in Devon.

To become a member of DATA a visitor attraction must pass rigorous entry criteria. Regular inspections then monitor the to ensure the attractions maintains the highest of standards and continue offer the very best days out in Devon.
