Arrival is from 9:00am, with the session beginning at 9:15am and running until 10:00am. Enjoy a gentle, guided yoga flow designed to help you stretch, unwind, and reset for the day ahead. Suitable for all abilities, this welcoming session invites you to move at your own pace while soaking in the tranquillity of the gardens—fresh air, birdsong, and nature all around.
Whether you’re a regular yogi or trying something new, Bicton Botanical Yoga offers the perfect way to start your day feeling refreshed, balanced, and re-energised.
A limited number of mats will be available, but if you have your own, please do bring it along. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
After the session, both the café and the park will be open—perfect for a well-earned coffee and a relaxed wander through the gardens.
