All aboard for a little Christmas magic at Bicton!

Your festive adventure begins at our Winter Wonderland Station, where you’ll board the Christmas train for a journey through the park, listening to Christmas songs along the way.

Hop off at Jingle Bell Junction and head into Father Christmas’ Workshop, where you will be greeted by Mrs Kringle and an elf ready to help you decorate your very own cupcake. Adults included—so no slacking!

Father Christmas will also be joining in on the festive fun as he will be busy in his workshop preparing for Christmas, and photographs are more than welcome. Please note that this is a shared experience, rather than a guaranteed individual meeting with Father Christmas.

The entire experience lasts approximately one hour. All tickets purchased include admission to Bicton for the whole day, and all tickets additonally include soft play. You can also enjoy our complimentary Christmas trail around the park.

Before you arrive

• Please arrive at the station at least 15 minutes before your booked time slot, allowing plenty of time to enter the park and make your way there. Late arrivals may miss their train.

Cupcakes and dietary requirements

• Our standard cupcakes contain dairy, egg and gluten. An alternative cupcake can be supplied for guests with allergies. You will be asked on the booking page if you require an allergen free cupcake and if you do not please put zero.

Your return journey

• This experience is a one-way train ride so will finish at Father Christmas’ Workshop, and you will need to return to the main building on foot rather than reboard the train.
• The walk takes you along a tarmac route lasting 5/10 minutes.
